Biography
Drummer based in Boston Massachusetts, with more than 10 years of experience. He divides his time between shows, classes, recording sessions and producing artists.
He began his drum studies in 2007 with Rubén López in Saladillo, Buenos Aires Province. In 2013, he enrolled at the Escuela de Música Contemporánea (EMC), where he studied with Fernando Martínez and graduated in 2016. During his time at EMC, he was invited to perform in various ensembles and joined the Project Band. Thanks to his academic performance, he was selected to represent the school at the VI Latin American Congress of Music Schools (CLAEM) at Souza Lima University (São Paulo, Brazil). In parallel, he studied Music Production and Engineering at CEARTEC, earning his degree in 2018.
In 2022, he was awarded a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, where he completed his Professional Music Diploma in 2024. He is currently an Associate Drum Professor at School of Rock (Boston) and teaches drums, music production, and mixing at OZ Music Academy (Los Angeles). He also offers online lessons through Fiverr, where he’s featured as “Fiverr’s Choice.”
Gudy has worked as a session musician, producer, mix engineer, and Drum Doctor on numerous projects across Latin America and the U.S. He performed as a percussionist in Die Soldaten (Zimmermann) at Teatro Colón under the direction of Baldur Brönnimann, and was nominated for the Premios Gardel in 2020 for his work on El Ocaso de los Héroes (Policromía). In 2025, he performed at the Boston Calling Festival with the SRISLEY Trio on the Arena Stage. He also participated in gala performances with the Orchestra of The Américas, sharing the stage with artists such as Chucho Valdés and Erika Ender, and was a finalist at the Detroit Jazz Festival Foundation Collegiate Combo Competition in 2024. He has collaborated with artists such as León Gieco, Connie Isla, Angie Cadenas, Mariú Fernández, Alan Sutton, and others.
